When we talk about diet, too many ways for us to keep our body in a good healthy. First thing is, we must control our meal. Don't take carelessly your food. Keep drink more plain water. Secondly, do some exercise. for teenagers nowadays. there would like to choose street workout. In addition to being healthy , it also helps build muscles . for those who are lazy , they can also do exercises at home . while sitting , lying down or while doing homework. There are different kinds of exercises that can be done . therefore , no reason for us to keep ourselves from doing things that are not healthy. for those who want to start their routine but it become shy, no need to shy because this is our life. if you love your life, you must keep your body healthy. do not care what people say around . We can't stop their mouth. A simple ways to make their silence is prove to them that we can change our life. Thats is simple advice from me. thank you -AQMAL-
